We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal or internal business purposes. You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the extension.
- Use the Service to automate malicious scraping, spamming, or violating the Terms of Service of the supported AI platforms.
- Resell, sublicense, or distribute the extension or its license keys.
4. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its original code, features, logo, and design, is the exclusive property of AISaver. The names and logos of third-party platforms (Notion, OpenAI, Google, etc.) are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used solely for descriptive purposes.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Because AISaver relies on the web interfaces of third-party AI platforms, any changes, updates, or redesigns by these platforms may temporarily break the extension's functionality. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure.

In no event shall AISaver or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising out of your use or inability to use the Service.

Premium features require a valid subscription or a lifetime license. Payments are handled securely by our Merchant of Record. We reserve the right to modify our pricing structure at any time, though active subscriptions will be honored at their original rate for the duration of their current billing cycle.
